After a court renders judgment in favor of the plaintiff and orders the defendant to pay money, the court possesses authority to appoint a Receiver to enforce the judgment. The Receiver seizes the defendant’s non-exempt assets and pays the judgment. If you or your company hold a Texas court judgment for money which you need to enforce and collect, Mr. Volberding can explain how this may be done through receivership.
